ONE DOT PRISM DEMO

The Senior Procurement Executive (SPE) in concert with the Office of Financial Management (B-30) and ESC have scheduled a Demo of a version of the integrated PRISM DELPHI system.  The Demo is scheduled for October 8, 2008.  There are two identical sessions the first is from 9:00 am – 11:00 am  in the Conference Center Rooms 8, 9, and 10.  The second will be held in the Conference Center Room 4 from 1:00 pm  to 3:00 pm.  Live

This demo is a prelude to the ultimate goal of the Integrated PRISM solution for the Department of Transportation.  This demo provides a view of the future state and may be helpful for you and your staff to attend.  There will be a question and answer session.  It is highly recommend that the HCA, COCO, and the ONE DOT PRISM Process Engineering Team (PET) representative attend.  The demo is open to all interested stakeholders.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Denise P.
