NIH  CONTRACTOR  PERFORMANCE  SYSTEM

DOT is a subscriber to the NIH Contractor Performance System.  A Users Guide is available from the NIH site, as well as a training module. Should you need help with the system, please contact the NIH Help Desk at (301) 496-1783. If you are a new user, your OA POC (listed below) will provide you with your access code and password. Once you have received your access code and password, you can access the system from the following link.

NOTE: GENERAL INFORMATION:

• The demographics from the HHS CISv.2 system have been loaded into the database.  If a contract is in the CISv.2 system, as you input a contract number, a record should be created with the contractor’s name, address etc.
  
  
• Due to the nature of the system, NIH prohibits people from sharing IDs and Passwords for security reasons. Every user must have their own user id and password. Please contact your organizations point of contact identified on the previous page.
  
  
• If your organization uses contractors to support your acquisition staff and it is anticipated that they may be using the NIH Contractor Performance System for government purposes, NIH is requiring that they sign a NIH Nondisclosure Agreement. A copy of the Nondisclosure Agreement form is attached. Once the form is competed, please forward to your organizations point of contact, who will in turn provide to OST, M-60.
