Strategic Acquisition Council Meeting Topics

• Introductions

• The S2 memo on acquisition planning has been signed and everyone had a copy of it.

• The Personal Services memo is still in coordination.  

• We’re working on a Dun and Bradstreet BPA that all the OAs can place task orders against.  We want to leverage our volume to get additional functionality and better pricing.

• One DOT PRISM is picking up speed.  The business process review meetings are beginning again and will be held twice a week.  We need to nail down the standardized business processes before we can implement One DOT PRISM.  Thanks for your support in this effort.  Phaedra Johnson will be working with you to determine what PRISM modules will be included in ONE DOT PRISM.  Deloitte is preparing a One DOT PRISM Project Plan and Schedule to ensure that it complements the schedule for the Delphi upgrade.

• The end of year memo is getting ready to be issued.  Joanie will send out a draft.  Feel free to tailor the dates to meet your individual needs.

• Dave Scali and Bill Hendrikson, CFO provided a overview of the VOLPE.  It was very informative.  They are willing to brief individual contracting shops as well.
