Strategic Acquisition Council Meeting Topics

• Introductions

• The S2 memo on acquisition planning has been signed.  Nobody at the meeting had a copy of it, so Joanie said she would send it out to all the CoCos.

• The Personal Services memo is still in coordination. 

• Cassandra Wells discussed certifications, particularly COTR certifications.  Attendees discussed issues they had.  There was also a robust discussion on the use of Technical Leads to assist COTRs on technical issues. 

• The FAI multi-agency announcement and list were discussed.  Joanie promised to research this and provide information on how to access the list.

• The S2 memo requires the SPE to weigh in on CoCos’ performance plans.  Joanie is going to ask all the CoCos to provide their current performance plan so she can compare them and see what she might want to recommend in the future.
