• Introductions

• Joanie Newhart is coordinating the S2 memo and the personal services memo.  Hopefully these will be issued soon. 

• ARRA Update – Lenita Ahmadi gave a briefing on upcoming FAR changes based on ARRA.  Joanie Newhart is preparing a piece of the Agency-wide Recovery Act Plan that is due soon.  Heads up that she will be coming to each of the modes affected by ARRA for some input to that piece.

• Closeouts – Discussed any questions

• Jack Schreibman provided an update of the Acquisition Workforce Working Group.  The group is making good progress toward its goals. 

• The group requested a discussion on certification at the next SAC meeting.
