DOT DASHES – Expedite the release of policy and procedural information to COCOs, program managers, and acquisition and financial assistance personnel throughout the Department via e-mail.  They forward OFPP, OFFM, FAR, EOs and other information to the OAs.  In addition, DOT DASHES announce recently published TAR rules, Financial Assistance rules, etc.
