Interstate 10 Connector - Construction of a multi-lane, limited access highway from Dothan, Alabama continuing to the Florida state line. Re-nominated.

Alaska

Sterling Highway, Milepost (MP) 45 to 60 - Road improvements to Milepost (MP)45 to 60 of the Sterling Highway in the vicinity of the Cooper Landing on the Kenai Peninsula in south-central Alaska. Re-nominated.

California

Interstate 5 Corridor - The construction of general-purpose lanes and high occupancy vehicle lanes to the Interstate 5 from State Road 91 in Buena Park and the addition of high occupancy vehicle lanes from Interstate 605 to Interstate 710 in the City of Commerce. Re-nominated.

Doyle Drive Replacement Project - The reconstruction of 1.2-miles of Doyle Drive from the Golden Gate Bridge to its terminus in downtown San Francisco. Re-nominated.

Southern California Transportation Infrastructure Improvement Project (SOCTIIP, formerly known as the Foothill-South Corridor) - The construction of the final 16-mile segment of the Transportation Corridor Agency's planned 67-mile toll road system. Re-nominated.

Tower Bridge Pedestrian/Bicycle Project - The widening of the existing narrow pedestrian walkway on each side of the bridge from the current 3- to 4-foot width to a minimum of 10 feet, to improve pedestrian and bicyclist capacity and mobility. This width would meet CALTRANS standards for shared pedestrian and bicycle usage. Re-nominated.

Jamieson Canyon - The widening of the existing facility from 2 to 4 lanes. In addition, the modification and construction of new interchanges. Re-nominated.

Interstate 680 High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes - Construction of a high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane, auxiliary lanes and related improvements in the northbound portion of I-680 connecting the City of Milpitas in Santa Clara County, California to the City of Pleasanton in Alameda County, California. Re-nominated.

Tracy I-205 Widening - The widening of Interstate 205 from four lanes to six lanes from west of the 11th Street Overcrossing to the Interstate 205/Interstate 5 junction in San Joaquin County. Re-nominated.

Lincoln Bypass - Construction of a 4-lane freeway/expressway with a new roadway alignment. Re-nominated.

Upper 74 Widening - The addition 1.2-meter shoulders and the widening of lanes to a standard 3.6-meter width. Re-nominated.

Alameda Corridor Truck Expressway - Construction of an elevated expressway between the Schuyler Heim Bridge and Alameda Street just south of Pacific Coast Highway (SR 1). Re-nominated.

State Route 905 - Construction of State Route 905 from Interstate 805 to the Otay Mesa/Mexico Port of Entry, a distance of approximately 10 kilometers. Re-nominated.

State Route 1 HOV Lane Project - The widening of State Route (SR) 1, for a distance of 6.3 miles from 4-lanes to 6-lanes for the purpose of providing a High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane in each direction. New Nomination.

US 101 Prunedale Improvement Project - The construction of either a 4-lane freeway on a new bypass alignment, or a 6-lane freeway within the existing US 101 corridor. New Nomination.

Route 25 Hollister To Gilroy 4-Lane Widening - The following projects are included as part of the Route 25 Hollister to Gilroy 4-Lane Widening. The projects include: Widening of State Road 25 (between San Felipe Road and US 101) from 2-lane to 4 lane with frontage road access where needed; Widening of US 101 from 4-lane to 6-lane freeway (between 25/101 and Monterey Rd off ramp, existing 6-lane location); Construction of a new 4-lane connection from 25/101 to Santa Teresa Blvd; Construction of interchanges at both 25/101 and 25/156; and the construction of two at grade rail intersections on State Road 25 will be eliminated by elevating State Road 25 and constructing an overhead structure. Willits Bypass - Construct a new segment of U.S. 101 that would bypass the City of Willits in Mendocino County. New Nomination.

State Route 79 Realignment Project - Realignment of SR 79 in the vicinity of the cities of Hemet and San Jacinto, CA. Length is approximately 19 miles. New nomination.

Interstate 215 Bi-County Improvement Project - Improvements to I-215 from the 60/91/215 interchange to Orange Show Rd to increase capacity and improve operation. Nominated by SANBAG and RCTC. New nomination.

I-5 North Coast Corridor - The proposed project would construct additional general-purpose lanes, an HOV/Managed Lane facility, and operational improvements on Interstate 5 from La Jolla Village Drive in the City of San Diego to Vandergrift Boulevard in the City of Oceanside, a distance of approximately 26 miles. The proposed project also would include a two mile segment on Interstate 805 in San Diego from Mira Mesa Boulevard to the junction of Interstate 5, a distance of approximately 2 miles. New Nomination.

State Route 76 - The proposed project would construct State Route 76 as a 4-lane conventional highway from Melrose Drive in the City of Oceanside to Interstate 15 in the County of San Diego, approximately nine miles. New Nomination.

Connecticut

Extension to Connecticut Route 11 - Construction of Route 11 as a limited access, median divided, four-lane arterial highway on a new location from Route 82 in Salem southerly to the vicinity of the I-95/I-395 interchange at the Waterford/East Lyme town line, a distance of approximately 8.5 miles. Re-nominated.

US Route 6 - Replacement of an existing 11.5-mile section of two-lane arterial highway. In addition, full service interchanges would be constructed at the western and eastern termini. Re-nominated.

Container Barge Operation - Development of a facility for shipping containers by barge to and from Bridgeport Harbor and the New York/New Jersey port. Re-nominated.

District of Columbia

Anacostia River Crossings - To provide integrated multi-modal transportation improvements to the far Northeast and Southeast Quadrants of the District of Columbia. Re-nominated.

Florida

Third East-West Transportation Corridor - To provide for a third crossing of the St. Lucie River and will ultimately tie US 1 to Interstate 95. Re-nominated.

Georgia

US 411 Connector from SR-20/3/ US-41 to Interstate 75 - Construction of a 4-lane roadway to facilitate econominc development throughout the State of Georgia. New Nomination.

Eisenhower Parkway Extension - Extension of the Eisenhower Parkway from its current terminus near 7th Street in Macon eastward across the Ocmulgee River to connect to Interstate 16 and possibly extend to and tie into Emery Highway. Re-nominated.

Idaho

Three Cities River Crossings - The construction of one to two bridges to connect State Highway 44/55 (State Street) on the north with U.S. 20/26 (Chinden Blvd.) on the south. Re-nominated.

Minnesota

US Trunk Highway - Improvements to TH 169 from TH 27 north of the City of Onamia, to the intersection of TH 18 and TH 6 northwest of the City of Garrison. Re-nominated.

Montana

Billings North Bypass-I-90/94 Bypass to Montana Highway 3 - construction of a highway bypass connecting the Interstate-90/94 interchange area east of Billings, Montana with Montana Highway 3 northwest of Billings. New Nomination.

Missoula International Airport Land Acquisition and Parallel Runway - the acquisition of approximately 1,289 acres of land adjacent to Missoula International Airport, Missoula, Montana. New Nomination.

Portway Phase I, Feasibility Assessment - A series of freight improvement projects that will strengthen access to and between the Newark-Elizabeth Seaport and Airport Complex, intermodal rail facilities, trucking and warehousing/transfer facilities, and the regional surface transportation system. Appalachian Development Highway System - Roadway improvements of US 4 in Polk County, from the Ocoee River to State Route 68, a total length of 21 miles. Re-nominated.

State Highway 45 - Construction of a new six-lane controlled access roadway with directions of travel being separated by a barrier or median. Re-nominated.

Historic State Highway 87 Restoration - Relocation and restoration of 20 miles of the historic two-lane State Highway 87 along the Gulf of Mexico shoreline in Jefferson County, Texas. Re-nominated.

Midland Reliever Segment - Expansion of SH 349 Reliever Route to a four-lane controlled access roadway. Re-nominated.
