   Purpose: Task Force Members share items of general interest to the group
   Intended Outcome: Common understanding and awareness of recent
   developments of relevance to the Task Force.

2. SAFETEA-LU Update
   Rick Capka, FHWA Acting Administrator
   Fred Skaer, FHWA – Environmental and Planning Provision Overview

   Purpose: Brief the Task Force members on the current state of play on
   implementing SAFETEA-LU.
   Intended Outcome: Provide Task Force members an opportunity to ask
   questions about the implementation of SAFETEA-LU.

3. Priority Projects Updates
   Purpose: Brief the Task Force members on the current status of Priority
   Projects and any issues that may need their attention.
   Intended Outcome: Provide Task Force members an opportunity to ask
   questions about the status of Priority Projects.

4. EO Task Force Next Steps
   Purpose: Discuss potential next steps for the Executive Order Task Force
   through the remainder of the year.
   Intended Outcome: Develop a list of actionable items the Task Force
   members would like to see accomplished by Spring 2007.
