Educational Presentation at Massena, NY, Elementary School:
The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC)
is a part of an ongoing effort to provide alternative nesting sites for both the
Osprey and the endangered Tern bird species on the St. Lawrence River. In
celebration of Earth Day, the SLSDC and the St. Lawrence Bird Observatory will
visit sixth graders at the Jefferson Elementary School in Massena, NY, with an
educational presentation on their successful efforts.
