Proposed Airline Competition Policy
On
Monday, April 6, 1998, the U.S. Department of Transportation
released a proposed policy to guide its enforcement actions
against unfair
exclusionary practices in commercial aviation.

The Department maintains an electronic docket system on the Internet at http://dms.dot.gov. You can read the proposed policy plus comments that have been filed in response to the proposal.
