U.S. Department of Transportation Celebrates Earth Day

Earth Day is April 22. 

The theme for Earth Day 2003 is "Action for a Healthy Environment," encouraging a call to action for stewardship in our communities. Earth Day is every day. Find out how to get involved and make a difference in your home, community and classroom.
