DOT Issues Quarterly Domestic Airfare Report. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) today issued its quarterly Domestic Airline Fares Consumer Report. The report provides information about average prices paid by consumers in the 1,000 largest city-pair air markets in the contiguous 48 states during the second quarter of 2005.
