Statement from the U.S. Department of Transportation Regarding Review of Codeshare Agreement Between Southwest Airlines and ATA Airlines

             The U.S. Department of Transportation today completed its review of a code share agreement between Southwest and ATA Airlines developed as part of the ATA bankruptcy.  The Department saw no reason to believe that the proposal would violate any of the laws that it administers, and it waived the remaining waiting period.
