The Executive Branch Management Scorecard utilizes the Stoplight Scoring System to track how well the departments and major agencies are executing the five government-wide PMA initiatives:

• Strategic Management of Human Capital
• Competitive Sourcing
• Improved Financial Performance
• Expanded Electronic Government
• Budget and Performance Integration

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration is directly responsible for two PMA initiatives: Strategic Management of Human Capital and Competitive Sourcing.
