Office of Information Services (OIS)

Serving as the Department’s information clearinghouse, the Office of Information Services (OIS) is responsible for enhancing access to information for DOT and the general public. OIS represents DOT on interagency committees and task forces related to printing, distribution, mail, graphics, media management, library services, and docket operations.

OIS is comprised of four divisions:

• DOT Library
• Publications and Distribution Services
• Docket Management Operations
• Multi-Media Center
